Our Covid Response (Updated 5/14/2021)

Just like you, we prioritize the health and safety of our family and friends. That includes our customers. As we learn more about how to best serve you in the safest way possible, we will continually update our policies and procedures. We are basing our response off of current industry standards as well as local, state, and federal guidelines. Effective May 14th, 2021, we will no longer be requiring temperature checks or face coverings at either location. We will continue to offer curbside service at both locations during our adjusted store hours (see below). If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.

We are here for you in-store, online or by phone. Phone and online purchases are available for FREE in-store pick-up, FREE curbside pick-up, or delivery at standard shipping rates. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Order online 24/7 or call us at either location during business hours
  • We will let you know when your items are ready for pick up
  • If you choose curbside pick-up, call or text us when you arrive and we will bring everything out to you

Repairs (Updated 7/12/2021)

Our technicians are still hard at work! In-store service as well as FREE curbside repair drop-off and pick-up are available at both locations. While we no longer have a mandatory quarantine on repairs, but will do our best to accommodate any requests you have to maximize safety. If you have a question, please click the red chat icon at the bottom right of your screen.

For Curbside Repair Drop Off:

  • You are welcome to call ahead, but appointments are not necessary.
  • Call or text when you arrive and someone will meet you outside.
  • We will get your instrument checked in and let you know what happens next.

For Curbside Repair Pick Up:

  • You will be contacted when your instrument is ready to be picked up.
  • Call or text when you arrive and someone will meet you outside.
  • We will meet you outside and get you on your way.

Rentals (Updated 5/28/2021)

-Need to rent an instrument? New and used instrument rentals are available by phone during business hours, or online 24/7. Curbside pick-up is available at both locations and we are still taking school delivery reservations for the fall. -Need to make a payment? Request online access to your rental account and make payments online. (You'll be prompted to log in or create an account. Customers must opt-in to online payments if you didn't rent online, it is not set up automatically.) You can also call us during business hours to speak to a representative.

-Have a question about your account? Call us or click the red chat icon at the bottom right of your screen for help during business hours.
